The news was confirmed by Cruise’s spokesman, who also announced that daughter Suri, born Tuesday in Los Angeles, weighs 7 pounds, 7 ounces and is 20 inches in height. Also, according the official statement, the name means “princess” in Hebrew and “red rose” in Persian.
